Katherine Schindler

Katherine graduated from the University of Queensland in 2009 with a Masters in Physiotherapy studies and is currently working towards completing her Masters in Sport and Exercise Physiotherapy.

Katherine has a background in competitive sport having competed in gymnastics and sport aerobics when she was younger . More recently she represented Australia in China in the 2017 World Championships as part of the Masters Dragon Boat team. She has also recently become involved in both weightlifting and crossfit and competed in the 2023 Crossfit open competition making it through to the Masters quarterfinals.

Katherine loves helping people train in our Grange physiotherapy clinic, while working to improve their overall level of strength and functional capacity. She understands the importance of helping people return to doing what they love as quickly and safely as possible and takes pride in helping every individual achieve what is important to them.

Katherine uses extensive manual therapy to gain relief for her patients and then gets to the root cause of their problems using exercise therapy drawn from her extensive background in strength and training.
